How should I interpret products, competitors and frequency?
Capacity is measured by monitored products, competitors per product and checks per day. For example, the Standard plan lets you track 150 products with up to 5 competitors for each product, checked once per day.
How do I import product URLs?
You have three simple options: manual entry, CSV import or connecting your PrestaShop store. With PrestaShop, enter your store URL and API key to retrieve the catalogue automatically, then select the products to import.
How does the PrestaShop connection work?
Competiprice queries the official PrestaShop web service with your API key. You can view products (reference, name and price), select those to monitor and add them without manual data entry.
